• Keyword research and SERP analysis tools
• Content templates and bulk generation capabilities
• SEO scoring and optimization recommendations
• Integration with popular CMS platforms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. RankGuru will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Types

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and usage limits. Your subscription level determines your access to features and monthly article generation credits.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to create spam, malware, or phishing content
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Fees

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.

5.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received.

6. Credits and Refunds Policy

6.1 Article Generation Credits

Paid subscriptions include a monthly allocation of article generation credits. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless you have an annual subscription.

6.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscriptions. To request a refund:

• Contact us at support@rankguru.pro within 14 days of purchase
• Provide your account email and reason for refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Monthly subscriptions and renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by RankGuru LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks") may not be used without our prior written consent. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. User-Generated Content

8.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using our Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant RankGuru a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to provide the Service.

8.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided "as-is" for your use. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring all AI-generated content meets your needs and complies with applicable laws before publication.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or free from errors
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKGURU LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RANKGURU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you may download your User Content for 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to delete all your data from our systems, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wyoming.

You and RankGuru agree to waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
